Auburn Lakes continues to be one of the best kept secrets in the Spring and Woodlands area of Harris County as they continue build out the Community.  You will find homes starting around the $180's, Gated Patio Homes starting in the $280's with Golf Course Lots all the way up to the Estates section with homes available up to $900's. 

The Community Center is finished and construction is still flourishing with new sections about to open.  Keep in mind that these statistics will only be homes followed by MLS and not Dirt Builds-New Construction homes currently under way.

I'm with Mana those sq. ft. numbers are just not to be found here unless it is old and needs major work. Auburn lakes sounds great.

Hi Mana,  :)  Those are normal...and a little high for the area.  We have VERY reasonable prices on homes here.  The fact that our prices have not shot out of the ball park is one reason I believe that our market is still healthy right now.   That and job markets.

I remember Nestor selling homes in the Woodlands and Katy Texas and I just could not get over all the square footage you get for your money there. Auburn Lakes looks like another wonderful deal, Katerina

I wish we had homes at those prices.  It looks like a wonderful neighborhood.  With the price of lumber and concrete, I wonder how they can do it at that price per square foot.

Hi Katerina,  Auburn Lakes is walking distance to The Woodlands.  You can be parked and in the mall in about 12 minutes from leaving your house.  GREAT location.

Sounds like a nice community.  Our prices per square foot are similar here depending on the neighborhood.  Are there a lot of golf communities in the Woodlands?
