However, I have been surprised at the number of people that do not want to live in the city.  Many transferees flock to the suburbs. 

My specialty is North Houston.  This is North Harris and South Montgomery Counties.

Some neighborhoods are more established than others just as the price ranges vary. 

One of the most prominent communities is The Woodlands.  It was rated #1 in Texas and #3 Nationwide for Best Communities to live in.

There are many things to do including a phenomenal Mall, multiple Golf Courses, Miles of Hike and Bike Trails..you name it, it's here.

Outside of The Woodlands you will find the other communities on a smaller scale with less homes, Acreage Communities which many have Golf Courses as well, Gated Communities.  There are still parks and pools for the kids. Many have Schools on site. Many are still building New Construction.  These areas are considered to be Spring and Magnolia.
